Platinum Private Jets is an air charter broker that acts on behalf of its clients as defined by U.S. Department of Transportation regulations in 14 CFR Part 295. Platinum Private Jets is not a direct air carrier, does not operate aircraft, and does not exercise operational control over any flight. All aircraft used for flights arranged by Platinum Private Jets are operated by independent, duly licensed third-party air carriers under FAA Part 135 or Part 121, or the applicable foreign civil aviation authority equivalent.
